Alexander Kaplan

First Deputy Executive Vice President Downstream

In 2006 Alexander A. Kaplan  graduated from State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education, Moscow State University of service with a degree in jurisprudence.

In 1994 through 1997 Alexander Kaplan  held various positions in Alfa-Eco. In 1997 through 2003 he worked as Vice President, Refining and Sales in Tyumen Oil Company, and since the creation of TNK-BP in 2003, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing. Since December 2008 — Interim Executive Vice President, Downstream.

In March 2009, he was appointed First Deputy Executive Vice President Downstream.
