German Khan

Executive Director

German. Khan is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1988.

Mr. Khan is an original founder of Alfa Group Consortium. From 1992 to 1998, he held various managerial posts in Alfa Group Consortium, one of the largest private financial—industrial conglomerates in Russia. In 1995—1998 he held the post of director of the department of commodity trading at Alfa-Eco, a major trading company and a part of the Alfa Group.

From 2000 to 2003 he acted as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of TNK (Tyumen Oil Company).

German Khan has been Executive Director of TNK-BP since the company`s inception in 2003.

Mr. Khan is a member of the Supervisory Board of Alfa Group. He is also member of the Boards of directors of Slavneft, of Alfa Finance Holdings S.A. (oil and financial assets) and of ABH Holdings Corp. (holding company of Alfa — Banking Group).
