Anatoly Tyomkin

Anatoly Tyomkin graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Perm State University.

In 1994–1997, he was Chairman of the Management Board of the Commercial Bank. In 1997, he moved to the administration of the city of Perm where he held a number of managerial positions, including the posts of Deputy Mayor of Perm and First Vice Governor of the Perm Region.

In 2004, Anatoly was invited to Moscow to take the post of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation.

On December 1, 2008, he was appointed to the post of Executive Vice President of TNK-BP.
