TNK-BP names Boris Zilbermints as Senior Vice President, International Projects

Moscow, March 20, 2012 – TNK-BP announces that Boris Zilbermints has been appointed Senior Vice President, International Projects.

Mr. Zilbermints has over 19 years of experience in the oil industry both in Russia and abroad, having worked for AmocoEurasia, Gaffney, Cline & Associates, LUKOIL Overseas and Gazpromneft. At Gazpromneft he held the position of Deputy General Director, Upstream, with responsibility, amongst other things, for developing the company’s international upstream business.

Mr.Zilbermints graduated with distinction from the I.M.Gubkin State Oil and Gas University as a specialist in Oil and Gas Production Geology, gained an MA in Economics from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and successfully completed a CEO training programme in Harvard University’s Business School.
