TNK-BP is consistently implementing the strategy for improving the efficiency of contractor relations across the country. The key role of the Councils and Conflict Commissions is the establishment of forums for a direct dialogue of the Company with Contractors and Suppliers, improvement of contracting effectiveness, clarification of the principles and practices of interaction to the contractors, as well as identification and prevention of violation of these principles and rules.
