Internal initiatives

TNK-BP is a responsible member of the business community. This is particularly reflected in the Company’s voluntary initiatives and social obligations to its employees, which it fulfills meticulously. Every year, TNK-BP implements a wide range of programs addressing retirement benefit (contracted out), housing, health insurance, sanatorium/resort treatment, and organized vacations and leisure for children.

These programs comply with various social, labor and employment regulations, and target employees, their families and pensioners of the Company’s subsidiaries.
