Minimum state healthcare benefits are provided to the Company’s employees as part of the statutory health insurance programs.

Value-added medical services and rehabilitation treatments are available through the voluntary health insurance plan at the Company’s cost.

These services are available at treatment and prevention institutes managed by insurance companies. The insurance program includes comprehensive clinical services, scheduled and emergency hospitalization, dentistry and specialized dental services..

The program also targets occupational disease prevention and overall health improvement.
