Requirements to contractors

In order to take part in the tenders for Materials procurement/Services contracting, the bidders should:

2.Submit all documents for participation in the tender.

Materials suppliers and Services contractors are invited to make offers on the following terms:

• Material and Service compliance with technical specifications, questionnaires, etc.
• Material delivery/Service rendering time - according to the schedule;
• prices fixed until the end of Material delivery/Service rendering period;
• payment terms: upon Material delivery/ Service rendering, with at least 60 calendar days payment deferral;
• other additional conditions listed in the tender materials.

While reviewing the invitation to participate in the tender, each candidate should study the draft contract to be signed subsequent to the tender results with the best bidder meeting the requirements to the quality of the product to be delivered.
