Standard Contracts

There exists a practice in TNK-BP of developing and application of standard contracts. Standard contracts are the contracts developed for certain deal types; they are used for services contracting and materials procurement and serve as the basis for the contracts awarded to the contractors. Standard contracts can be developed in a format applicable for all subsidiaries and for a certain individual company. Oilfield services contractors interested in cooperation should review the standard contract models.
