Russian bonds

On 9 December 2005, OJSC TNK-BP Holding made a placement of its K-series non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds with long coupon (state registration number 4-01-55034-Е of 20 October 2005). Three million bonds were placed and the issue amounted to RUR3 billion with a maturity term expiring on 28 November 2006. In accordance with the issue documentation, the placement of OJSC TNK-BP Holding bonds was made by converting the 5th issue of OJSC TNK K-series documentary long-coupon bearer bonds.  Upon conversion, the bonds of OJSC TNK were redeemed (cancelled).

Based on the application made by OJSC TNK-BP Holding, and in accordance with the Rules of Listing, Admission to Placement and Flotation of Securities on the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Stock Exchange MICEX”, the bonds of OJSC TNK-BP Holding were included in the Register of Non-Listed Stock admitted to trading on this Exchange. 

On November 28, 2006 in accordance with the issue documentation the bonds of OJSC TNK-BP Holding were redeemed.
