Ryazannefteprodukt is a retail company consisting of 64 service stations and six oil depots (in Ryazan, Sasovo, Kasimov, Ryazhsk and Mikhaylov). The oil depots supply fuel to Ryazan, Vladimir, Tambov and Moscow Regions. The company sells only high-quality fuel produced by the Ryazan, Yaroslavl and Saratov oil refineries.
In 1995, Ryazannefteprodukt became part of TNK, and in 2003 was incorporated into TNK-BP.
In 2008, fuel sales were 732.730 tons, including 97.710 t of AI—80 gasoline, 223.847 t of AI—92 and 67.122 t of AI—95, and 332.741 t of diesel.
Between 2006 and 2008, 36 service stations were renovated to modern international standards. Now, in addition to high-quality fuel, customers are offered a wide range of additional services: self-service shops, mini—cafés, car vacuum cleaning and free tyre pressure checks. The service stations accept plastic cards and also feature cash machines and mobile phone payment terminals.
Ryazannefteprodukt has its own test lab to check the quality of fuel supplied to its depots. A second — mobile – lab visits a number of service stations each day to perform tests using the latest express method.
Ryazannefteprodukt is one of the biggest taxpayers in Ryazan Region. Since 1998, the company has operated a program of charitable giving and sponsorship focused on the Sheremetyevo-Pesochinsky orphanage-sanatorium and also provides help to WW2 veterans.
