Saratovnefteprodukt

Saratovnefteprodukt is the oldest oil industry enterprise in the Saratov region. Developing since construction of Uleshovskaya Oil Depot in 1882, and Uvek Oil Depot in 1894, the company was officially registered in 1918. Saratovnefteprodukt currently sells gasoline and diesel fuel through 95 retail sites, 8 oil depots and 7 oil warehouses in the region.

In 2008, the volume of the company’s wholesale realizations amounted to 348,000 tons and its retail sales equaled 271,000 tons.

Saratovnefteprodukt has completed a large-scale project of repositioning its retail sites. An upgraded TNK brand offers a new level of customer service including modern minimarkets, a broader range of fuels, products and services. The company currently operates 70 TNK-branded retail sites in the Saratov region.

As part of the Cooperation Agreement between the regional government and TNK-BP the company delivered 42,000 tons of road bitumen for street and highway construction in 2008,

The key social mission of Saratovnefteprodukt is to supply fuels to agricultural producers for the sowing and harvesting campaigns. TNK-BP supplies diesel fuel to agricultural producers at discounted prices (down to 10% from the market) in compliance with Agreements on mutual cooperation which are annually concluded between the company and the government of the Saratov region..As part of the discounter program, 122,000 tons of diesel was delivered to the region’s agricultural sector in 2008.
