BP’s retail network has now been on the Moscow market since 1996. Today, more than 3.6 million transactions are processed every month at BP’s 49 retail sites (32 in Moscow and 17 in the Moscow Region).

All BP service stations are company owned and company operated. BP is working to the highest standards within the international industry and is continuously expanding its customer base. BP’s retail network has built a strong reputation as a supplier of high-quality fuel and a provider of excellent service.

In March 2003, the BP network received “The best gas-filling complex in Russia” award. In late 2006 the BP Customer Service Olympic Program progressed to the finals of The Energy Institute Communication Awards. The Wild Bean Café is currently shortlisted in the BP Beacon Awards.

On 18 September 2006 the BP network in Moscow and the Moscow Region launched BP Ultimate. Available in two octane grades 95 and 98, BP Ultimate delivers improved engine power up to 14% and enhanced acceleration up to 9%, cleans engine deposits and reduces sulphur emissions into the atmosphere up to 66%. In addition to supplying high-quality fuels, all BP retail sites offer their customers a wide range of goods at the BP Connect shop and the Wild Bean Café, a chain well known for its freshly brewed coffee and fresh pastries, both providing a 24-hour service. The majority of BP’s retail sites are equipped with automatic car washes, and all sites are equipped with ATM, BeeLine payment terminals and Internet access. All major credit cards, such as VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, JSB and STB, are accepted. BP Plus fuel card will be offered to corporate clients on behalf of BP.

BP’s Helios logo is the visual manifestation of the BP brand. The Helios is the ideal representation of progress and energy used to distinguish BP from its competitors with a distinct visual style.

BP’s retail network leads the Russian market in terms of environmental excellence. All BP’s sites are equipped with underground double-insulation wall reservoirs. Liquid fillers and automatic control systems prevent any soil contamination; each service station is equipped with a four-stage filtration system which ensures the highest quality of fuel for the customer. All BP retail sites recycle and clean water using treatment facilities after it has been used in the carwash. BP is committed to reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
