Information on establishment of the Orenburg Branch of TNK-Vladimir, a non-governmental retirement benefit foundation. Private retirement schemes are a component in TNK-BP''s comprehensive social program, which is vital for creating the company''s positive image and maintaining high motivation of employees. The foundation deals with 58 enterprises country-wide, of which 55 are TNK-BP''s business units. Successful cooperation experience with TNK-Vladimir NPF was gained by such Orenburg-based oil companies as Orenburgnefteproduct OJSC and Orsknefteorgsintez OJSC.
