An annual trade-union conference of TNK-Nizhnevartovsk team is held in spring. Last year, oilmen of the enterprise extracted nearly 8 million tons of oil. As concerns TNK-NV''s social budget, its structure reflects the funding conditions for different programs. The most critical block are issues involving the housing program and long-term loans to employees. Last year, 21 apartments were purchased; the plan is to improve housing conditions to the same number of employees this year. The conference elected a new Trade Union Committee Chairman of TNK-NV, according to RTV TV company information. Mr. Alexander Zatvornitskiy will defend interests of the working team now.
