New Development Stage
The article is devoted to the meeting of Mr. Alexander Belov, Head of Yuzhorenburgneft NGDU, and Mr. Igor Rustamov, Head of Sorochinskneft NGDU, with representatives of Sorochinskneft''s team, which was timed to establishment of a business unit. The new business unit, Buzuluk Yug, absorbed assets of Sorochinskneft NGDU, Yuzhorenburgneft NGDU, and Orenburggeologiya. Mr. Alexander Belov who remains Head of Yuzhorenburgneft NGDU is in charge of management of the business unit. It was noted that these changes would in no event result in staff reduction and would not influence tax allocations of the enterprise to local budgets. Mr. I. Rustamov noted that taxes would only rise because production facilities would be developed, crude output would grow, property would increase, etc. As for potential personnel changes, Mr. I. Rustamov pointed out, "the Company does not squander its staff and always adheres to this rule. Nobody will come to the labor exchange from us."
