Alexander Ryzhenkov: "Everything Is Possible"

The interview of Nyagan Mayor Alexander Ryzhenkov, in which he also speaks of TNK-Nyagan OJSC''s operations: "Despite the fact that the company, when purchasing the industrial facility at a tender, started virtually from the scratch, when oil output dropped to 2,400,000 tons a year, it produces 3.5 million tons now. Extracting 4 million tons is quite a real forecast for this year. When discussing long-term socio-economic planning of the territory, it was planned to extract 9 million by 2010. Neither me nor anybody else doubts that TNK-Nyagan will recover the status of city-generating enterprise, not formally but actually."
