TD TNK-Ukraine Expands the Retail Station Network by 2% to 1046 in 1Q
In January/March, a major petroleum product trader, TD TNK-Ukraine, increased its retail network by 2%, or by 22 units, as compared with data as of January 1, 2004, up to 1,046 units, according to the company''s news service. "The bulk of new retail stations appeared in Cherkassy, Ternopol, and Ivano Frankovsk by engaging new jobbers, a spokesman of the news service informed. 19 retain stations in the Kharkov region, 3 stations in the Kiev Region, 1 in Sumy, 1 in Romny, and 9 retail stations in Kiev quit TNK''s jobbers network over 1Q. "Some of them left, others came in, and now we have the total of 1,046 stations," a spokesperson of the news service said. The biggest regional operators TD TNK-Ukraine is working with are Sentoza, Alfa Nafta, Ruhr Group, Fort Oil, TES, KP Arkon, Kredo, Logrus Oil, Vostoknefteproduct, Lisichansknefteproduct, Agata, Ariona, Vesta Oil, and Kalina Ltd.
