Refinement of Orenburgneft''s investment policy evidences the enterprise''s development, pointed out Ms. Nadezhda Borissova, Deputy General Manager of Orenburgneft OJSC and head of business services at Orenburg-Saratov business unit. According to Nadezhda Borissova, the enterprise''s 2004 business plan envisages approx. 60 investment projects worth of $ 157 million. "This year, the number of projects increased as compared with the previous one; but the main thing is that the very approach to shaping of investment projects changed," Nadezhda Borissova says. "Whereas they only covered geological and technical efforts last year, they include all infrastructures this year." The 2005 business plan is being drafted; the next year''s output is being determined. It is on this basis that attractiveness of any given investment projects is determined and their ranking is made. The most efficient projects in terms of output increase are selected.
