TNK-BP Participating in the Second Russian Oil and Gas Congress
On June, 22 the Second Russian Oil and Gas Congress will be opened at Krasnaya Presnya ExpoCenter, simultaneously with the Oil and Gas 2004 international exhibition. The congress will discuss the prospects of the Russian oil and gas industry growth, investments into oil and gas exploration and production in Russia, funding of projects in the gas industry and oil and gas transportation development strategy. Representatives of Russian branch ministries and the Russian Government, top managers of oil and gas companies, including TNK-BP, are expected to speak at the congress. In particular, TNK-BP Executive Director German Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Production and Technologies, Larry McVay, and the Gas business unit head Neil Dunken are among the keynote speakers. Heads of TNK-BP''s subsidiaries from Nizhnevartovsk, Tyumen, Orenburg, Novosibirsk, and Nyagan will also participate in the congress, the company informed. It was mentioned that TNK-BP is a sponsor of the congress.
