Visbreaking Plant Completed at the Saratov Refinery
An enlarged meeting of TNK-BP''s Board took place in Saratov. Heads of specialty units, refining and sales enterprises of TNK-BP were invited to participate in the event. On June 7, they visited production facilities and got acquainted with operations of Saratovnefteproduct OJSC, in particular, the Uvek pool of oil, and Saratov Refinery OJSC. Construction of the tar visbreaking plant has been completed at the refinery. The transfer and acceptance certificate for the new facility was signed in Saratov on June 7, 2004. Mr. Gennady Moschenko, General Manager of Saratov Refinery OJSC, and Mr. Yury Bugrov, General Manager of Saratovspetsmontazh TMK CJSC (turnkey contractor), signed the document in the presence of the company''s top management.
