TNK''s Enterprises in KMAA Boost Output by 14% in 1H04

In 1H04, TNK''s enterprises extracting oil in the Khanty Mansiisk Autonomous Area (KMAA) pushed up output by 13.9% y-o-y, to 21,884,559 tons. These data are contained in a report prepared by the Department for Oil, Gas, and Mineral Resources of KMAA, available to Interfax. In particular, Samotlorneftegaz JSC produced 10,110,392 tons of oil in January/June, or a 16.5% increase y-o-y, of which 1.738 million tons were extracted in June alone (a 13.7% increase y-o-y). In 1H04, TNK-Nizhnevartovsk JSC boosted production by 15.5%, to 4,297,024 tons, Nizhnevartovsk Oil-Extracting Enterprise JSC, by 7.9%, to 3,070,222 tons. TNK enterprises perform production on 40 licensed blocks in the KMAA.
