Based on the results of finals of the Russian Table Tennis Club Championship, Sorochinsk-based team of Orenburgneft has become the Champion of Russia once again. Mr. German Khan, TNK-BP''s Executive Director, awarded prizes to the four-time winners in Moscow. One of top priority dimensions in TNK-BP''s operations is to support sports in the regions of its presence, for instance, volley-ball, tennis, water sports, sambo, and others in the Orenburg Region. "We will continue to support such initiatives and will try to ensure that the company will have more sports teams and coaches of that kind and people capable of influencing our future," noted Mr. German Khan, TNK-BP''s Executive Director. Mr. Vladimir Grabovsky, Head of TNK-BP Orenburg Branch, expressed his gratitude to the team''s coach who trained champions in Sorochinsk-based sports club of Neftianik. The chief coach of Orenburgneft''s team, Mr. Anatoly Nikolaev, thanked TNK-BP for comprehensive support. More victories are in store for the company, perhaps, at the global level, Mr. Nikolaev noted.
