The Orsk Administration summarized results of the municipal contest entitled The Best Municipal Patron of Arts 2004. The title of the Honorary Municipal Patron of Arts was awarded to Orsknefteorgsintez OJSC in the category of Large and Medium Enterprises, by unanimous resolution of the jury. Over the elapsed period, the enterprise channeled RUR 12.5 million to sponsor a large proportion of the population and the city. Celebration in honor and awarding of winners in the first municipal contest entitled The Best Patron of Arts 2004 will take place on the date of festivities timed to the City Day.
