Today TNK-BP released its first set of US GAAP unaudited interim consolidated financial results for the first nine months of 2003. The formation of the Company was completed on 29 August 2003 when its shareholders — Alfa Group, Access-Renova Group and BP — formed TNK-BP to hold their respective interests in oil and gas assets in Russia and Ukraine.
